Don’t be misled by the name. Paradise Landscaping and Irrigation sounds like a typical landscape company. It isn’t.

“We’re really an Outdoor Living and Design company,” says owner Jonathan Bahamonde. “Yes, we handle smaller projects. But we also build full-scale outdoor environments — $50,000, $500,000, and beyond.”

In a crowded market, Paradise operates in a different category. Their work isn’t about planting shrubs or refreshing flowerbeds. It’s about transforming property into an experience.

“If you can dream it, we can build it,” Jonathan says. Recently, the team spent eight days constructing a fully engineered river feature for a client. “It was magnificent.”

Jonathan believes most homeowners ask the wrong first question. Instead of “What can you build?” he encourages them to ask: How long will I live here? Is this a short-term investment or a legacy home? 

“That changes everything,” he explains. “If there’s a defined budget, we design to maximize it. Does the project make sense for the home? Does it elevate the property long term? And when budget isn’t the primary concern, we invite clients to explore what’s possible.”

Those possibilities range from PGA-quality putting greens to full-scale wedding venues on private acreage. Water features that drown out traffic noise. Custom fire installations. Outdoor kitchens. Enclosed entertainment spaces, pergolas, architectural pavers, and more.
