Skylines Sizzle

Part modern steakhouse, part rooftop lounge, STK serves up big flavors and bigger views.

How do you elevate one of the most popular dining destinations in Disney Springs? With a brand-new retractable roof, of course.

STK has unveiled a newly reimagined open-air perch that’s quickly becoming one of the best vantage points in Disney Springs—especially when the fireworks begin. With sweeping views, balcony seating, high-top tables, and a lively walk-up bar, the space delivers the kind of atmosphere that turns a dinner reservation into an evening out.

Designed to flex with Florida’s famously unpredictable weather, the airy lounge welcomes guests seven days a week and has already become a favorite gathering place for both visitors and locals. From private events to the occasional yoga class (yes, really), the space adds an entirely new dimension to the STK experience—one that keeps the energy high long after sunset.

And when it’s time to turn from the view to the menu, STK reminds guests exactly why it’s here —because you can’t spell steak without STK.  Sourced from Linz Heritage Angus Meats, the beef is dry-aged and cooked to perfection in a 700-degree broiler. Enjoy them as they come, or topped with a selection of steak butters: Truffle, Lobster, or Wagyu Umami. Seafood lovers will find plenty to love as well, with fresh deliveries arriving daily—from the raw bar to salmon, halibut, and Chilean sea bass.

Now let’s talk . . . pancakes! What? You didn’t know the best kept secret in brunching out served pancakes on Sundays? Now you do. What’s more, if you bring your kids with you (to hide your pancake yen from other adults in your party), their pancakes are free. In fact, kids receive twin double-stacks of pancakes during Sunday brunch when accompanied by an adult who also purchases a grown-up entrée. Don’t worry. There’s also Eggs Benedict, Steak and Eggs, Prime Rib, Eggs and Avocado on Toast, and plenty of other more grown-up fare. Let’s not forget the Bottomless Brunch for only $39! Hours for this Sunday favorite are 9:30 am to 3 pm.

Another perk that comes with adulthood, at STK especially, is the venerable tradition of Happy Hour. The difference here is that STK has evolved it into a sophisticated, yet approachable, experience. It’s four hours, from 2:30–6:30 p.m., when STK pulls out all the stops with a special menu available in all the bar and patio areas.

Food-wise, Happy Hour specials include their signature 3 / 6 / 9 offerings. That’s three selections priced at $3. Six selections at $6. And nine selections at $9. You’ll find Japanese Wagyu tacos, outstanding beef tartare, steak frites, short rib quesadillas, sliders, and more. The STK cheeseburger, already a monument to the art of cheeseburgers, can be completely tricked out to the max during Happy Hour for only $7.

It wouldn’t be Happy Hour without drink specials to add a sophisticated touch to every occasion. All signature cocktails are $9. Sip from a selection that includes tropical Margaritas, an elevated spritz selection, espresso martini, red sangria, and a happy hour favorite—blueberry lemon drops.

Feel like stepping out of your routine to try something that is spectacularly not routine? How about a unique take on a steakhouse? Part modern steakhouse, part ultra chic lounge. STK was created to deliver an extraordinary new dining out experience. Where the vibe is at least as important as the food. And dessert always ends with fireworks.

Put STK on your calendar and taste the very best that Disney Springs has to offer.
