Defining Dining
Destinations

The H Orlando and Vines by H, stand apart by blending elevated cuisine with genuine hospitality that turn meals into destinations.

Orlando doesn’t lack for restaurants that deliver on energy or aesthetics. The rooms are full, the lighting is right, the reservations are hard to get. What’s rarer is the kind of place that holds your attention a little longer, that follows you out the door and into the next day. The H Hospitality Group was built with that in mind.

Founded by Ahmet OzHamurkar and Fuat Hasoglu, the group was built on a simple but ambitious premise: bring true hospitality back into focus. The name “H” nods to the shared initial of their last names, but it also signals something deeper. A personal stake in every detail, every plate, every guest who walks through the door.

At the center are two concepts with distinct personalities: The H Orlando and Vines by H. Together, they create what the team describes as destinations, not just restaurants. Spaces where food, service, and atmosphere move in sync rather than compete for attention.

Step inside The H Orlando, and that intention is immediate. Lighting, music, pacing, everything is calibrated. Service flows with precision but never stiffness. “At its core, The H is about experience,” the team shares. “Guests are welcomed into an environment where every detail matters, from lighting and music to the flow of service,” says Managing Partner Erkan Ustabas. Many dishes are finished tableside, adding a layer of theater that feels polished rather than performative.

The menu follows the same philosophy. “We don’t believe in a few signature dishes. For us, every item on the menu is a signature, and we try to treat it that way.” Steaks are dry-aged in-house and prepared over a wood-fired grill without heavy seasoning. “That’s a big part of our philosophy—we like to let the natural quality of the product speak for itself.” The same holds true for handmade pasta, a commitment to craft that shows up in every course.

While the restaurant is often perceived as a special-occasion splurge, its pricing aligns with comparable concepts like Eddie V’s and Ocean Prime. Alongside premium Wagyu, there are thoughtfully priced cuts and dishes that make the experience more accessible than expected. The wine and Champagne program follows suit, balancing ultra-premium bottles with well-curated, approachable selections.

Flavor remains rooted in heritage. Spices and extra virgin olive oils arrive directly from the owners’ farms in Türkiye. Baklava, flown in from Anatolia twice weekly, lands on tables as both indulgence and quiet flex. On Fridays and Saturdays, The H Orlando shifts into a late-night rhythm, with a DJ and a Miami-inspired atmosphere that blurs the line between dinner and destination.

If The H Orlando is the high-gloss moment, Vines by H is its more relaxed counterpart. “Vines by H offers a complementary experience, more relaxed, more social, with live music and a community-driven atmosphere.” The Josper charcoal oven anchors the kitchen, layering globally inspired dishes with a distinct smokiness while keeping a Mediterranean backbone.

Across both concepts, the through-line is unmistakable: hospitality as culture, not checkbox. Hiring leans heavily on personality, warmth, intuition, presence, because genuine connection cannot be trained.

It’s also what fuels the group’s growing global reach. “We like to call ourselves a world’s local restaurant,” Erkan shares. “We welcome guests from all over the world, often through personal recommendations that travel across countries and cultures.”

For those in the know, there’s also a VIP layer. Champagne welcomes, priority reservations, curated experiences designed to turn first-time guests into regulars. Not exclusivity for its own sake, but belonging as a form of luxury.

As The H Hospitality Group continues to grow, the philosophy remains unchanged: every detail matters, every dish is intentional, and every guest experience is designed to be memorable.

“We may be located in Orlando, but the experience we create belongs to
the world.”
