Personal Care
Exclusive Med Aesthetics personalized care goes beyond skin deep and is inspired by an experience that hits close to home.
Long after the last patient leaves and the lights have been dimmed, Andrea Thayer is still studying. Medical journals are spread across the table. Research papers fill her laptop screen. New therapies. Emerging technologies. The latest thinking on aging well, healing well, and living well.
That commitment to learning isn’t simply a personal habit. It’s part of the culture at Exclusive Med Aesthetics & Hair Restoration. Every investment the practice makes—from advanced provider training to new technologies and wellness therapies—begins with the same question: How can we care for patients even better tomorrow than we do today?
That philosophy has guided the practice since day one. But three years ago, it became something much more personal.
Just as Andrea was preparing to open Exclusive Med Aesthetics & Hair Restoration, her husband, Jerod, was diagnosed with advanced cancer and given a terminal diagnosis. Suddenly, every article carried new weight in search of hope. Every breakthrough offered another question to explore.
She wasn’t simply learning to become a better provider. She was learning for someone she loved. And that season forever changed the practice she would build.
“We’re here to make a difference,” Andrea says. That’s the standard the team lives by. While credentials and experience are important, it’s kindness and passion that truly set them apart.
Patients quickly notice the difference. Appointments don’t feel rushed. Questions aren’t brushed aside. Treatment plans are conversations rather than sales pitches. Whether someone is visiting for hair restoration, laser resurfacing, hormone optimization, or stem cell infusions, the goal is never simply to perform a treatment. It’s to understand what brought that person through the door.
That commitment to care has quietly fueled remarkable growth.
In just three years, Exclusive Med Aesthetics & Hair Restoration has grown from two treatment rooms to eight, allowing the practice to serve more patients while continuing to expand its advanced treatment offerings. Among its latest additions are three Sciton laser platforms—HALO Hybrid Fractional, Contour TRL, and Profractional—which provide highly customized solutions for concerns ranging from sun damage and pigmentation to acne scars, skin laxity, texture, and collagen stimulation.
While aesthetics remains at its core, Exclusive Med Aesthetics & Hair Restoration has become increasingly focused on longevity. Hormone optimization, medical-grade peptides, stem cell therapies, exosomes, and EBO2 therapy offer patients additional tools to support circulation, recovery, vitality, and overall wellness.
In fact, when EBO2 therapy was introduced earlier this year, Jerod became the first patient to sit in the treatment chair. Those treatments have changed the trajectory of Jerod’s cancer diagnosis in ways the family once only hoped for. The same therapy is now producing encouraging outcomes for other patients battling cancer as well. Seeing those results has only strengthened the practice’s resolve: this is not just about one family’s story. It’s about helping as many people as possible find new possibilities when they need them most.
For Andrea, innovation only matters when it improves lives. Every technology added to the practice is carefully evaluated—not because it’s new, but because it offers patients more personalized solutions, better outcomes, and the highest standard of care. From advanced treatments and medical-grade products to individualized care plans, every decision is guided by one goal: helping patients look, feel, and live better.
Perhaps that’s why patients travel from many other states and even countries to receive world-class care. They come for the expertise. They stay because they feel deeply cared for, from their skin to within.
