Cleaning House

Nichole’s Cleaning Service is helping families thrive,
one clean home at a time.

Nichole Devescovi started out cleaning houses because she knew how to do it—and she was good at it. But as time went on, she realized she could offer more than just spotless surfaces. She could give families something even more valuable: peace of mind. And so, Nichole’s Cleaning Service was born.

“I’m a mom of six, so I understand the demands families face,” Nichole says. “A clean home isn’t just nice to have—it’s essential to mental health. Clutter and mess add stress. A clean space creates calm and supports a healthier home for everyone.”

That personal understanding has been at the heart of the business from day one. Now celebrating ten years in operation, Nichole’s Cleaning Service has grown to serve over 330 clients and employs a team of 17. What started as a side job has evolved into a trusted, professional service that families rely on.

Nichole takes her work seriously, and so does her team. All technicians are professionally trained in techniques and product use, including how to safely work with various chemicals and surfaces. “We follow OSHA protocols because we want to protect our clients, our team, and their homes,” she explains.

The company stands behind their work with a satisfaction guarantee. After each job, technicians walk through the home with the client to ensure nothing was missed. If a client notices something later, they’ll return to make it right. “Doing the job right is part of our culture,” Nichole says. “It’s not just about cleaning—it’s about caring.”

The cleaning process itself is structured and efficient. “We use a system called Speed Cleaning that’s been around since the 1970s,” she explains. “We move right to left, back to front, top to bottom. It’s intuitive, but very effective.”

A typical 2,000 to 3,000-square-foot home takes one technician about three hours to clean. Larger homes or specialty services, like deep cleans, may require a team or additional time. “Deep cleans can take two to three times longer,” Nichole says, “but they make a huge difference—especially during seasonal transitions or when someone is preparing for a new baby, recovering from illness, or dealing with allergies.”

Pricing varies based on the size of the home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, type of flooring, clutter level, pets, and cleaning frequency. Rates for recurring cleanings typically fall between $50 and $60 per hour. Nichole reviews market rates every six months to keep pricing competitive and fair.

There are a few things the team doesn’t handle—windows, walls, and anything that requires going above a two-step ladder for safety reasons. But their standard and deep cleans cover everything else, including hand-wiped baseboards and pet-friendly service.

At the core of Nichole’s Cleaning Service is a belief that a clean home is more than just tidy—it’s transformative. “It’s about creating a healthy environment where families can thrive,” Nichole says. “We’re here to take one major stressor off your plate so you can focus on what really matters.”
