Tastefully Good

Healthy eating meets bold flavor at Sizzlin’ Greens, where everything is fresh, made from scratch, and cooked to order.

Eating healthy just got easier…and a whole lot more delicious.

Ray Holden and his wife, Jackie, could not find a restaurant with consistently healthy food they both enjoyed. Jackie is a certified holistic health practitioner, and eating healthy was a top priority. So, they did the next best thing and created their own: Sizzlin’ Greens.

Sizzlin’ refers to their premium, fresh-grilled proteins, seared to order. Diners can choose from eight options: two types of chicken, sirloin steak, Italian sausage, shrimp, salmon, ahi tuna, and portobello mushrooms marinated overnight.

Greens highlights their selection of garden-fresh vegetables and organic salad greens. As a bonus, all dressings are house-made with imported Italian vinegars and with no seed oils in the dressings.

“Our soups, salads, and sandwiches are unique because they’re good and good for you,” Ray says. One of their most popular dishes is Build-a-Bowl. Choose a freshly grilled protein, such as steak or chicken, and pair it with any three tasty sides, including teriyaki green beens, buffalo cauliflower, or mac and cheese, then top with a house-made sauce.

Today, the family’s four sons are partners and co-creators of the operation that Ray describes as a notch above casual dining with a menu that has something for everyone. “Everything is made from scratch using high-quality, clean, healthy ingredients. We serve our food on real plateware, with real silverware.”

With more locations on the way, Sizzlin’ Greens is proof that eating clean doesn’t mean giving up flavor.
