Newborns learn at lightspeed at Children’s Lighthouse Learning Center.
The first five years are the golden years in a child’s development. Babies’ brains absorb knowledge from the very beginning, way before they learn to talk. And that is exactly where Children’s Lighthouse Learning Center comes in—at the beginning.
Children’s Lighthouse is a Voluntary Pre-K (VPK) school whose students range in age from six weeks to five years! Children’s Lighthouse is also faith-based. They tell Bible stories. A favorite every week is “Jesus Rocks” day when they play kid-friendly, Christian music and dance and sing. The children get a Bible-lesson as well then and yes, they will learn that Jesus loves them.
Security is a very high priority here. Keypads with codes for entry are on all doors plus a second one to get past the lobby. Every staff member receives Level 2 Background Screening, and cameras in every classroom let parents “look in” on their child at any time.
