“It’s really all about communication from us and from our customers. We start by asking a lot of questions. Is this your forever home? Have you gone through something like this before? What did you like? Not like? After that, we also typically vet a prospective client for a budget range. We want to be sure to thoroughly understand the scope of the project. We look at all their photos and videos before we ever start to lock in on a price. Time is precious. No one wants to waste it.”
Another point of difference? CSL treats their customers’ homes like their own. They put down floor protection, and erect vapor barrier walls to protect other areas in the home. Their goal is to leave it cleaner than when they started.
After 14 years in business, more than 2 million square feet restored, and 7,500 satisfied customers, it’s all working.
“I think it also has a lot to do with our style. We don’t pressure, there’s no hard sell. We discuss all their needs in the beginning to understand their expectations and their vision by having the client give us photos and videos. After that, we’ll give them a range based on what we’ve discussed. Iif they are good with that, we move forward to contract and design.”
CSL Construction can do most any renovation project. They do home additions, garage and porch fill-ins, kitchens/baths, and offer design build services. They get a lot of referrals and repeat clients.
