For Paul Rienzi, New Car Manager at Headquarter Honda, it’s been that way going on sixteen years now. He’s seen quite a few changes in his hometown since then. “When we broke ground here, Highway 50 was only four lanes! I grew up two miles away and I still live here because I love this place. People know me. I wear my Clermont Car Guy button to Target, at least three people will come over to say Hi!”

He also loves Headquarter Honda. And he’s not the only one. The dealership’s employees feel the same way. “It starts at the top with the owners, our General Manager, and everyone in higher up positions. They’re real people, family people. They’ve created a culture and kept it. In fact, half of Headquarter Honda’s associates have called the dealership home for 10 years or more. I mean, people are just happy to work here. Walk in anytime and count how many people in gray shirts greet you with a smile.”

The focus of Headquarter Honda is less about selling cars and more about serving the people and community of Clermont. They sponsor everything under the Clermont sun. From The Italian-American Club of Central Florida Festival, to local Little Leagues. They sponsor Holes-In-One for local golf tournaments, Toys for Tots, Dancing Under The Stars. (Paul says he may actually try out his dance move . . . one day.) Headquarter Honda is a Gold Table sponsor for The Battle For Hope. They have an upstairs conference room used by the Girl Scouts and others at no cost. We could go on, but you get the idea.

Headquarter Honda put Clermont on the Honda map when they won Honda’s highest honor, the President’s Award, an achievement made possible by the dedication and teamwork of the entire Headquarter Honda family.
